Pneumatic Semi-Synthetic Rock Drill/Hammer Oil

HonuBio RDP-E is a readily biodegradable, heavy-duty rock drill lubricant that is designed to meet the requirements of pneumatic tools, down-hole and surface drilling equipment. This product is formulated with high viscosity index natural ester base oils, synthetic esters, anti wear additives, and corrosion protection. The high viscosity index provides superior lubrication in a working hammer. The natural polarity and tackiness of BioLube RDP-E allows the lubricant to adhere to tooling surfaces, further reducing corrosion and wear in the presence of compressed air. Ideally formulated for underground mining.

HonuBio RDP-E fluids are available in ISO grades 100, 150, and 220.

Field proven in the most popular drilling equipment: Atlas Copco, Halco, NUMA, and many others.
To be used in down the hole drilling applications within a variety of industries: oil and gas drilling, mining, water well drilling, geothermal drilling, pile driving, construction, etc.
Use in equipment where a release into the environment is possible or where a leak or spill could reach a waste stream.
